Camerashack offers 4 convenient delivery options when placing your order online:
Postnet to Postnet
This is our most cost effective way at R110 to deliver parcels to your nearest Postnet Branch. Once the parcel arrives, you will be notified to collect the parcel. Please make sure there is a Postnet Branch near you before selecting this option.
Door to Door
This will allow for the parcel to be delivered directly to your door and is usually overnight providing you stay in a Major Centre in South Africa at R185. Main centres in South Africa include:
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Polokwane (Pietersburg), Kimberley, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, George.
Door to Door delivery is possible to other regional areas, but might take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
Store Collection
If you prefer collecting the order in person, this option is for you. Once your order has been placed and the funds have cleared, we will notify you of when your order is ready for collection. Please await confirmation to be sent before attempting to collect.
Cape Town Delivery
We will deliver to your door in Cape Town at R99 flat rate. Delivery will be made within 24 hours after your funds have cleared.
Order Tracking
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as the item has been shipped. For more information, please contact us.
Rentals
Delivery of rental orders will be quoted and charged accordingly. Please email rentals@camerashack.co.za if you wish to get a quote on delivery. Please note that we do not deliver Rentals outside of Cape Town, unless special arrangements have been made.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and therefore we strive to get your order processed and delivered to you as soon as possible. There are, however, certain cases where delivery takes longer than expected due to factors beyond our control. We will however keep you informed should any problems arise.
